1. Services Offered

Parenthood Wellness offers two kinds of services, and the terms that apply depend on which one you are using.

• 1:1 Naturopathic Care (Arizona only): Telehealth naturopathic medical care with Julianna Greer, ND, for patients in Arizona. Care is delivered through Practice Better, our secure, HIPAA-compliant practice management and electronic health record platform. See Section 2 for the terms that apply to 1:1 care.
• Online Courses: Self-paced educational content, available to anyone regardless of location.
• The Foundations Club Membership: A paid monthly subscription with educational lessons, recipes, habit tracking, community features, and an AI coach. The membership is educational and available to anyone regardless of location.
• Website Content: Articles and other free resources, which are educational only.
• Affiliate Product Links: Links to products (including supplements, lab testing, and other wellness products) that may earn us a commission when you purchase through them. See Section 6 for full affiliate disclosure.

2. 1:1 Naturopathic Care

• Arizona only. 1:1 care is available only to Arizona residents who are physically located in Arizona at the time of each telehealth visit. If you are outside Arizona at the time of a scheduled visit, the visit will need to be rescheduled.
• Telehealth by video. All visits take place by secure video through Practice Better. Video must be on for every visit, because that is how care is established and how exams are performed. Phone-only visits are not offered.
• Established care with your own providers. To enroll, you must have an established in-person healthcare provider and keep that provider throughout your program: a primary care provider for adults, a pediatrician for children, and an OB or midwife during pregnancy. You will be asked for their contact information at enrollment. 1:1 care works alongside your existing providers and does not replace them.
• When the doctor–patient relationship begins. A doctor–patient relationship with Julianna Greer, ND, begins only when you enroll in a 1:1 program, complete the required intake and consent forms, and attend your first telehealth visit. Contacting us, booking a free clarity call, or using our website, courses, or membership does not create a doctor–patient relationship.
• Children. For patients under 18, a parent or legal guardian must enroll, sign the consent forms, and be present for each visit.
• Laboratory testing. When appropriate, laboratory testing is ordered through third-party laboratory partners. You are responsible for completing sample collection according to the instructions provided, and for any laboratory fees not included in your program.
• Prescriptions. Julianna Greer, ND, does not prescribe controlled substances.
• Health information. Your health information is handled in accordance with HIPAA and stored in Practice Better. Please see our Privacy Policy for more information.
• Not for emergencies. 1:1 care is not designed for urgent or emergency situations. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency department. For urgent concerns, contact your OB, midwife, pediatrician, or primary care provider.
• No guaranteed outcomes. Health is complex and individual, and we cannot guarantee any specific result from care. Naturopathic care does not replace care from your OB, midwife, pediatrician, primary care provider, or specialists.

3. Courses, Membership & Website Content: Educational Only

Please read this section carefully. Our website, articles, online courses, and The Foundations Club membership are educational only. They are available to anyone, in any location, and are not medical care.

• No medical advice. Nothing on our website, in our courses, or in our membership constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and none of it is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
• No doctor–patient relationship. Using our website, courses, or membership does not create a doctor–patient relationship with Julianna Greer, ND, or with Parenthood Wellness, LLC.
• AI coach. The AI coach in The Foundations Club is an automated tool trained on the membership’s educational content. It is not a healthcare provider, does not review your health information as a clinician would, and does not provide medical advice.
• Talk with your own providers. Never disregard, avoid, or delay seeking professional medical advice because of something you have read or watched through Parenthood Wellness. Always talk with your own licensed healthcare provider before making changes to your diet, supplements, medications, or lifestyle, and do not stop taking any medication without first speaking with your prescribing provider.

4. Supplement Statements

Statements regarding dietary supplements on this website, in our courses, in our membership, or in 1:1 care have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. If you are not a 1:1 patient, please talk with your own healthcare provider before beginning any new supplement.

5. Payment Terms

• Courses & Membership: Payments for courses are due upfront. Membership fees are billed monthly until you cancel. Payments are processed securely through our website.
• 1:1 Care: Payment for 1:1 care programs is handled securely through Practice Better. Program pricing, payment schedules, and what each program includes are provided before you enroll.
• No Refunds: All payments for courses, memberships, and 1:1 care programs are non-refundable.

6. Affiliate Links & Testimonials

• Affiliate Links. Parenthood Wellness participates in affiliate marketing and may include affiliate links to products or services (including through Fullscript, Rupa Health, Amazon, and other partners) on our website, in our courses, or in our content. This means we may earn a commission if you click on or make a purchase through these links, at no additional cost to you. We only affiliate with products and services we believe may provide value to our community, but we make no warranties, guarantees, or representations as to the effectiveness or safety of any affiliated product or service.
• Testimonials. From time to time, we may share testimonials from patients, members, and customers about their experience with our care, courses, or membership. These testimonials reflect the individual experiences of the people who provided them. They are not a guarantee, promise, or representation of the results you or any other person will achieve, as individual results vary.

7. User Responsibilities

By using our website and services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information: If you are a 1:1 patient, you agree to provide complete and accurate health information and to keep us informed of changes to your health, medications, and other providers.
• Content Protection: Course materials, membership resources, and any content provided are for personal use only. You may not share, duplicate, or distribute these materials.
• Respectful conduct: Harassment, offensive behavior, or disrespectful conduct during visits or when interacting with other members will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to end services if this occurs.

8. No Warranties

While we strive to provide accurate and reliable content, we do not make warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information on our website, in our courses, or in our membership. Educational content reflects the evidence available at the time it was written and may not reflect the most recent research.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Limitation: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Parenthood Wellness, LLC and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, courses, or membership, including any errors, interruptions, or inaccuracies in content.
• Third-Party Providers: We are not responsible for the actions or omissions of third-party providers, including payment processors, Practice Better, laboratory partners, or affiliate product companies.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall first be submitted to mediation in Maricopa County, AZ. If unresolved, the dispute may be finally resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, also in Maricopa County, AZ.

11. Licensing Disclosure

Julianna Greer, ND, is licensed as a naturopathic physician in the State of Arizona (license #25-4002). 1:1 naturopathic care is provided by telehealth only to patients in Arizona, as described in Section 2. Courses, memberships, and website content are educational, are available in any location, and do not involve the practice of naturopathic medicine.

12. Accessibility Statement

13. Intellectual Property

All website content, course materials, membership resources, trademarks, and logos (“Intellectual Property”) are the exclusive property of Parenthood Wellness, LLC and are protected under U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or transmission of any Intellectual Property is strictly prohibited.

14. Suspension or Termination

• Courses & Membership: We may suspend or terminate your access to our website, courses, or membership if you violate these Terms and Conditions, engage in unlawful activity, or disrupt the functioning of the website. You will not be entitled to a refund if your access is terminated for these reasons.
• 1:1 Care: You may stop attending visits at any time; however, payments for 1:1 care programs are non-refundable, as described in Section 5. Julianna Greer, ND, may end the care relationship, with reasonable notice when possible. Copies of your health records are available on request.

15. Privacy

For information on how we collect, use, and protect your information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “last updated” date. By continuing to use our website or services after changes are posted, you agree to the updated terms.
