privacy policy

last updated: 10/19/2026

At Parenthood Wellness, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), we are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share your information when you visit parenthoodwellness.com, take our courses, join The Foundations Club, or receive 1:1 naturopathic care.

1. Information We Collect

  • Personal Information: When you sign up for a course, join the membership, register for a live session, book a clarity call, or subscribe to our email list, we collect your name, email address, and phone number.
  • Payment Information: Payments for 1:1 care are processed through Practice Better, and payments for courses and memberships are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers ourselves.
  • Health Information (1:1 patients): If you receive 1:1 naturopathic care, we collect health information such as intake forms, visit notes, lab results, and care plans. This information is stored in Practice Better, our HIPAA-compliant practice management and electronic health record platform. For patients under 18, this includes health information about the child provided by a parent or legal guardian.
  • Membership Information: If you join The Foundations Club, we collect the information you provide to create and manage your membership, such as your name, email, and activity within the membership. This information is stored through our database provider, Supabase.
  • Habit and Cycle Tracking (members): If you use habit tracking or cycle tracking in The Foundations Club, we store the entries you log, such as completed habits and menstrual cycle dates. Cycle tracking and some habit entries may be considered consumer health data under certain state laws. We ask for your explicit consent before you first use cycle or habit tracking, and you can withdraw that consent at any time. We do not review this information individually, and we use it only to show you your own tracking, reports, and progress. See our Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy for more detail and for your rights.
  • AI Coach and Progress Reports: The AI coach and personalized progress reports in The Foundations Club are powered by Anthropic. When you send a message to the AI coach, that message is sent to Anthropic to generate a response. When a progress report is created, or when the AI coach looks for patterns in your tracking, your recent habit and cycle tracking data (up to the last 30 days) is sent to Anthropic to generate the response. Cycle data is only sent if you have given explicit consent to cycle tracking. Anthropic processes this data on our behalf under its commercial terms and data processing addendum, does not use it to train its models, and deletes it within 30 days. The AI coach and reports are educational tools and are not part of your medical record. Please do not share information with the AI coach beyond what you want it to use for your tracking and progress.
  • Automatically Collected Information: We do not use cookies or tracking technologies for advertising or site analytics. Our website host (Netlify) automatically records standard server information, such as IP address and browser type, for security and performance. Some embedded services, such as video players and booking tools, may set their own cookies. Our email provider tracks whether emails are opened and links are clicked.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide our website, courses, membership, live sessions, and 1:1 care.
  • To schedule visits, send appointment reminders, order laboratory testing, and coordinate care with your other healthcare providers when you are a 1:1 patient.

  • To improve our services. We do not use health information from 1:1 care for marketing.
  • To comply with legal requirements and protect our legal rights.

3. Health Information and HIPAA

We protect health information from 1:1 care using the privacy and security standards set by HIPAA, and we store it in Practice Better, which provides HIPAA safeguards under a business associate agreement. We use and disclose it only for your care, for payment, for operating our practice, as required by law, or with your written authorization. 1:1 patients receive our Notice of Privacy Practices at enrollment, which describes these uses and your rights in more detail. A copy is also available on request.

We will never share a patient testimonial, quote, photo, or story without the patient’s written authorization.

8. Security

We use service providers with security safeguards designed for the information they handle, including HIPAA safeguards for health information in Practice Better. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach affects your information, we will notify you as required by law. If consumer health data in The Foundations Club is accessed or disclosed without authorization, we will also notify the Federal Trade Commission as required by the FTC Health Breach Notification Rule.

9. Children’s Privacy

Our website, courses, and membership are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. For 1:1 care, health information about children is provided by a parent or legal guardian and is protected as described in Section 3.
