consumer health data privacy policy

last updated: 10/19/2026

This Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy explains how Parenthood Wellness, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares consumer health data, and the rights you have under laws such as the Washington My Health My Data Act, Nevada’s consumer health data law (SB 370), and the Connecticut Data Privacy Act. It supplements our Privacy Policy.

1. Who This Policy Covers

This policy applies to consumer health data we collect from people who live in Washington, Nevada, or Connecticut, or whose data is collected in those states. We apply the same protections to all members, wherever they live. It applies to The Foundations Club, our courses, and our website. Health information from 1:1 naturopathic care is protected under HIPAA and our Notice of Privacy Practices, and is not covered by this policy.

2. Consumer Health Data We Collect

  • Cycle tracking: menstrual cycle dates and related entries you log in The Foundations Club.
  • Habit tracking: daily habit entries you log, which may relate to sleep, nutrition, movement, supplements, or other health behaviors.
  • Purchases and registrations: the courses you buy, the membership you join, and the live sessions you register for (such as our free preconception + fertility webinar), which may reveal reproductive or other health interests.
  • Life stage: whether you are planning a pregnancy, pregnant, postpartum, or parenting, if you share it with us.
  • AI coach messages: any health-related information you choose to include in messages to the AI coach.
  • Progress reports and AI coach patterns: your recent habit and cycle tracking data (up to the last 30 days), which is used to generate personalized progress reports and to help the AI coach find patterns in your tracking. Cycle data is used only if you have given explicit consent to cycle tracking.

3. Where We Get It

We collect consumer health data only directly from you, when you enter it into The Foundations Club. We do not buy health data or collect it from other sources, and we do not use location data or geofencing.

4. Why We Collect and Use It

  • To show you your own tracking, consistency reports, and progress.
  • To personalize the educational content and AI coach responses within your membership.
  • To operate, secure, and maintain The Foundations Club.

We do not use consumer health data for advertising, and we do not sell it.

5. Your Consent

We collect consumer health data only with your consent, which we ask for before you first use cycle tracking or habit tracking. We obtain your explicit consent before collecting any reproductive or sexual health information, including cycle tracking data. We disclose it only to the processors listed below, who handle it on our behalf, under written contracts, and only to provide the features you use. We do not otherwise share it. If we ever want to share consumer health data with a third party for any other purpose, we will ask for your separate consent first. You can withdraw your consent at any time by stopping use of these features and contacting us to delete your data.

6. Who We Share It With

We do not sell consumer health data. We disclose it only to processors that handle it for us under contract:

  • Supabase: stores Foundations Club tracking information.
  • Anthropic: powers the AI coach and personalized progress reports. Messages you send to the AI coach, and habit and cycle tracking data (up to the last 30 days), are sent to Anthropic to generate responses. Anthropic acts as our processor under its commercial terms and data processing addendum, does not use this data to train its models, and deletes it within 30 days.
  • Stripe: processes payments, which shows which course or membership you bought.
  • Zoom: hosts live sessions, and receives your name and email when you register.
  • Flodesk: sends our emails, and may know which course or topic you signed up for.
  • Netlify: hosts our website, and records standard server information such as IP address and the pages visited.
  • Legal requirements: when required by law.

We do not share consumer health data with any affiliates.

7. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you have the right to:

  • Confirm whether we collect, share, or sell your consumer health data.
  • Access your consumer health data, including a list of the third parties we have shared it with and how to contact them.
  • Withdraw your consent to our collection and sharing of your consumer health data.
  • Request that we delete your consumer health data. We will also ask our service providers to delete it. Data in backup systems is deleted within six months.

To make a request, email hello@parenthoodwellness.com with the subject line “Consumer Health Data Request,” or call 623-400-6461. We will verify your identity and respond within 45 days. If we need more time, we will let you know, and the extension will be no more than 45 additional days. We will not charge you for making a request or treat you differently for exercising your rights.

8. Appeals

If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our response or emailing hello@parenthoodwellness.com with the subject line “Consumer Health Data Appeal.” We will respond to your appeal in writing within 45 days and explain our decision. If your appeal is denied, you may contact your state attorney general. Washington residents can file a complaint with the Washington State Attorney General at atg.wa.gov/file-complaint.

9. Third-Party Tracking

We do not allow third parties to use cookies, pixels, or similar tools on our website or in The Foundations Club to collect consumer health data about your activities over time or across other websites. We do not use advertising or analytics tracking.

10. Changes to This Policy

If we make a material change to how we collect, use, or share consumer health data, we will update this policy, change the “last updated” date, and notify members by email or in The Foundations Club before the change takes effect. We will ask for your consent again where the law requires it.
